In October of 1999 I left Germany and the 1st Infantry division for the Rocky Mountains and Ft Carson Colorado. It didn't take long before my wife and I decided that this was exactly where we would raise our family. So in 2001 and after 10 years in the Army, I went back into the civilian world and worked as a sales manager for Toyota (You will find it in your best interest to have this "car guy" negotiate on your behalf ) Over the years, I met several realtors, each professed how much they loved their job and how often they had the opportunity helped folks.
